Never owned an MLB jersey so I can't say it's 100 percent authentic but it's definitely high quality. Fit is a little long but I think that's just how this style of jersey is, but other than that the sizing is great. I wear an XL Tshirt and I bought an XL jersey. It is a little tighter than a Tshirt, but again I believe that's just the style of the jersey. Shipping was faster than expected. Jersey came with tags and all. No loose threads hanging off the way some football jerseys I've ordered have been. I would recommend to a friend.
